Nutrition Counseling at MedLoss is a lifestyle based approach to achieving optimal health and wellness through balanced nutrition. When meeting privately with our Nutrition Coach, one thing you will not receive is a “diet.” Our Nutrition Coach will work with you to create a nutrition plan that incorporates your lifestyle and exercise habits, nutrition needs, and personal health and wellness goals. Our nutrition professionals also include our Dietician, who performs monthly Nutritional Seminars.
